Technique Names & Translations |
Purpose : The purpose for this page is to have a list of Technique Names and their Translations. This will help students learn and recognize techniques. At some point, we will work on linking still shots of the techniques in the Photo Gallery with the names to make it even easier. The Nage-Waza (throwing) techniques listed below are not grouped in their Sub-Set Groups because some of the techniques can fit in to multiple groups. This is a working list and is not necesarily a finalized list. Additional Resources : General Japanese Terms |
