Koshi-Hiji-Gatame (hip elbow lock)
.
This technique can also be considered Kata-Kesa-Gatame, which is considered a pinning position.
.
I am call it Koshi-Hiji-Gatame is a more descriptive and better defined name of the technique. This is because we are locking the Elbow (Hiji) using the Hip (Koshi -or- Goshi).
.
"Gatame" can mean Lock or Hold/Pin depending on the context
