The Sponsorship Non-Compliance Penalty is in place and agreed upon by the Sponsee in the Sponsorship Agreement to ensure the generosity of the companies and individuals that are donating their hard earned money for the training is not wasted by the Sponsee (person using the Sponsorship).
The following language is from the First Responder Training Sponsorship Agreement (Section IV, Item C):
"C. Sponsee agrees to maintain an account on the Team Haas Judo Jiu-Jitsu Online Store with a valid credit card or form of payment on file as a form of insurance for Sponsorship Non-Compliance, in which the Non-Compliance Penalty will be owed to Team Haas. Non-Compliance Penalty is based on the rate of [Sponsorship Term (months) x $100.00]
- 6 Month Sponsorship: $600.00 Non-Compliance Penalty
